Boneless Pork Loin
Whole, boneless pork loin, salt, pepper, and garlic salt (or garlic powder), ½ cup red wine, ½ cup water.
Rub the pork loin with the salt, pepper and garlic salt. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 2½ hours uncovered. After the first hour, baste with red wine and water and then continue to cook. For a party, cook the meat the night before, refrigerate overnight, slice thin, serve cold or room temperature.
