Ingredients
1 six to eight ounce Salmon filet
Olive Oil
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Pepper
Instructions
Spray the basket with a light coat of no-stick cooking spray (Tedd recommends avocado oil spray) and preheat the fryer.
Sprinkle the filet to taste with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper. Place it in the fryer basket skin side down and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on your liking, at 390 degrees. No need to flip.
