This classic recipe has proved itself time and time again.
Ingredients
1 pound roast
1 small onion chopped
Flour
2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
1 package Lipton onion soup
3 - 4 tablespoons sour cream
1 cup water
Instructions
Trim and cut beef to bite size pieces. Toss beef in flour with salt (you can use a plastic bag) and brown in oil with chopped onion. Add ½ of the package of Lipton onion soup, the beef broth and water. Bake in covered pan at 250 for 2 hours. Finish with sour cream. Serve over noodles.
