Rose Ann's Shrimp Mousse

This is a family favorite all year long. It's a hit at Christmas get-togethers, summer picnics, and football parties.


Ingredients

1 pound of shrimp, cleaned and cooked

1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese

1 can of tomato soup

1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise

1 cup chopped celery

½ cup chopped onion

1 package Knox gelatin, dissolved in ¼ cup of water

Instructions

Heat soup, add gelatin, cream cheese, mayonnaise. Stir until smooth. Add rest of ingredients; pour into oiled 5 cup mold and refrigerate. Decorate with olives and pimentos.
