This classic dish may clog your arteries but it tastes so good -- it's worth it!
Ingredients
1 pound macaroni (cooked)
2 cups cream
3 eggs
1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon parsley
Non-stick spray
3-4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk cream and eggs together. Add Lawry's Seasoned Salt and melted butter, continue whisking until thoroughly blended.
Lightly coat a baking dish with non-stick spray. Place half the cooked macaroni in the baking dish, layer half the cheddar cheese on top, then another layer with the remaining macaroni and cover with cheese. Pour cream and egg mixture over macaroni, making sure to spread it evenly throughout the baking dish. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes, until cheese is crisp. Yields 6 - 8 servings
