You love Todd's Spaghetti Sauce, now try it with his Lasagna recipe!
Ingredients
Todd's Spaghetti sauce (see recipe here)
Barilla no bake noodles
Sargento whole milk mozzarella provolone shredded cheese
1 container of 4% small curd cottage cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan Reggiano cheese
Instructions
Ladle enough sauce to cover bottom of pan
Lightly sprinkle parmesan cheese
Add one layer of noodles
Ladle enough sauce to cover the noodles
Lightly sprinkle parmesan cheese
Add enough shredded cheese to cover
Add another layer of noodles
Ladle sauce to cover
Sprinkle parmesan
Spoon cottage cheese and spread
Add shredded cheese
Repeat until you have the pan to the top
No cottage cheese on last layer
I like to use the deepest pan I have to make this, the more layers the better!
Cover pan with foil
Place pan in preheated 325 degree oven and bake for 45 minutes
Remove foil and bake for another 45 minutes
Remove and let rest for at least 15 minutes (very important)
More important!!! Do not make this ahead of time. Must go in oven as soon as you have assembled or the no bake noodles will be pasty.
This is not diet food so don't try to make it less fattening by using different ingredients!!! Seriously, how often are you going to make this dish!
